It was such a pleasure to receive our guests again in the delightful Chelsea Physics Garden, a park where we planted a Chinaberry tree during the Queen’s Green Canopy campaign back in 2022.
We welcomed around one hundred guests with, amongst them, clients, collaborators, influencers and press from the Bags of Ethics community gathering to enjoy an evening of networking, chatting, learning about Bags of Ethics history, and singing along with a live band.
We wanted to send a special thank you to Sephora, Sainsbury’s, International Hotel Group, British Fashion Council, Fashion Trust US/ Arabia, Lock & Co, Ottolenghi, Zandra Rhodes, eBay, Al Shaya, Vivienne Westwood, Damien Hirst / HENI, Cass Art, V&A, the Department of Business & Trade, the Mayor of London, Royal Households, Waste Recycling Action Programme, Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership, Fashion Revolution, Institute of Positive Fashion and more.
Our Founder, Dr R. Sri Ram, made a moving speech about the journey o set up a healthy, especially when you are a pioneer and wish to set up your business on three pillars – People, Product and Planet.
Caroline Rush CBE, Chief Executive, British Fashion Council also took the mic to talk about 15 years of partnership and friendship with Bags of Ethics/ Supreme Creations and her recent trip to the factory in Pondicherry. “It was emotional for me to meet the ladies who made the masks for the Great British Designer Face Coverings Project” she said.
We look forward to the next celebrations throughout 2024.
