HRH PRINCE OF WALES’ BITC NATIONAL EXAMPLE OF EXCELLENCE

Supreme Creations in July 2009 were named Prince Charles’ National Winner as his Example of Excellence – a prestigious award championing International Business. Despite Supreme Creations being small in comparison to others in the field, such as United Utilities and EDF Energy the high profile panel found Supreme’s story exemplar. Business in the Community was founded by His Royal Highness the King Charles III to promote responsible business practices, among blue chip companies.
THE QUEEN'S GREEN CANOPY
Supreme Creations was announced as an official supporter of The Queen’s Green Canopy in September 2021. The Queen’s Green Canopy is an initiative to celebrate The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022 by encouraging people to plant and protect trees as a legacy to Her Majesty’s 70 years of Service to the Nation.

GROCER GOLD AWARDS, GREEN SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR, FINALIST
The prestigious awards of the retail industry magazine The Grocer, recognized Supreme for their outstanding innovation for a simple green product affecting millions of consumers around the world.We were commended for our pioneering eco bagagenda, and interesting product innovations we had made from jute, cotton and other biodegradable fibres. Other companies in this category included Cadbury and Unilever.

The fiercely competitive promotional and merchandising industry recognized Bags of Ethics and our facilities as worthy of top three finalist for “Company of the Year”. Supreme are members of SEDEX. SEDEX, the Supplier Ethical Data Exchange, is a membership organisation for businesses committed to continuous improvement of the ethical performance of their supply chains.
FAIRTRADE FOUNDATION
We are delighted to have our practice acknowledged by Fairtrade – an international labeling standard that allows customers to display solidarity with those involved in the producing their commodities. They have strict codes of ethics centered on fair wages, occupational safety and wellbeing, and environmental practice. We also offer Fairtrade certified cotton options.
GET NATURE POSITIVE
Created by the Council for Sustainable Business, the Get Nature Positive movement helps businesses prepare for and navigate the global effort to fight the climate change effects. Companies need to commit to specific goals and metrics and the Get Nature Positive movement purpose is to act as a group of environmental champions within the business community.
