Since the centre’s grand opening in mid-June 2024, The Story is a real success with 57,763 visitors and “3,000 documents and objects from the Durham County Council venue’s historic collections have been viewed in person” according to this news article.
Since the grand opening in June 2024, Durham County has partnered with Bags of Ethics to design a branded tote bag that embodies sustainability and creativity.
